AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment No. 9 of Contract E-231 with PRC
Consoer Townsend for engineering services during construction of
secondary treatment facilities at the Lemay Wastewater Treatment
Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Amendment No. 9 of
Contract E-231 with PRC Consoer Townsend for engineering services
during construction of secondary treatment facilities at the Lemay
Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1984.
