AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Sixty-three
Thousand Dollars ($563,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees
Account to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Caulks Creek Sanitary
Interceptor Lines C and F (C-826), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Three Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars
($309,650.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Sixty-three
Thousand Dollars ($563,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee
Fee Connection Fees Account to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the costs of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Caulks
Creek Sanitary Interceptor Lines C and F (C-826), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1984.
