AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of sanitary
and storm sewers in Ardelia Sanitary Relief (S-2132, C-1061) and
Ardelia #8600 (S-1982, C-1096), in the City of St. John, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St. Louis,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
and storm sewers in Ardelia Sanitary Relief (S-2132, C-1061) and
Ardelia #8600 (S-1982, C-1096), in the City of St. John, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 14th day of June, 1984, and formally
executed on the 26th day of June, 1984, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1984.
