AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Landseer-Ebert - Phase II (S-1980, C-1095), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Landseer-Ebert - Phase II (S-1980, C-1095), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of June, 1984
and formally executed on the 10th day of July, 1984, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1984.
