AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement along the Northeast line of Lot 52
of Smoke Rise Plat one in St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Plat Book 147 Page 20 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance has adopted August 8, 1984.
