AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of University City Branch of River des Peres for
engineering services for the final design of University City
Channel Improvements/Purdue Avenue Sewer Project, Contract E-468.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of University City
Brand of River des Peres for engineering services for the final
design of University City Channel Improvements/Purdue Avenue Sewer
Project, Contract E-468.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 1984.
