AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the General Fund of the District -- Real
Property Purchase Account for an earnest deposit toward the
purchase of certain real property in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri for use as an ash
disposal site.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District Real Property Purchase Account for an earnest deposit
toward the purchase of certain real property in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri for use as an ash
disposal site.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 1984.
