HomeMy Public PortalAbout05711 O R D I N A N C E NO. 5711 AN ORDINANCE amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 4293, adopted March 11, 1981, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 523 (Roclare-Oak Springs) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 4293, adopted March 11, 1981, is hereby amended by revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 523 (Roclare-Oak Springs), as set forth in Section Two thereof, to exclude an area described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line of Clayton Road, said point being the southeast corner of property conveyed to Walter K. Morris and Bonnie L. Morris, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7451, page 1217 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said southeast corner being the southwest corner of property conveyed to Karen F. Schwartz, by deed recorded in Book 7568, Page 908 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence northwardly along the west line of said Schwartz property to the northwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Schwartz property to the northeast corner thereof, said northeast corner being the northwest corner of property conveyed to the St. Louis County Water Company by deed recorded in Book 4289, Page 273 of the St. Louis County 2 Recorder's Office; thence continuing eastwardly along the north line of said St. Louis County Water Company property to the northeast corner thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of said St. Louis County Water Company property to the southeast corner thereof, said southeast corner being the northeast corner of property conveyed to Michael E. Cromwell, by deed recorded in Book 6146, Page 476 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence continuing southwardly along the east line of said Cromwell property to the southeast corner thereof, said southeast corner being in the aforementioned north line of Clayton Road; thence westwardly along said north line of Clayton Road to the point of beginning. for the reason that the Board of Trustees, pursuant to an engineering investigation, finds that such exclusion is more equitable, relating to said Subdistrict No. 523. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 4293 as hereby amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 523 (Roclare - Oak Springs) shall be as follows: 3 ROCLARE - OAK SPRINGS AREA 1 Beginning at a point in the north line of Clayton Road, said point being the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Town & Country Manor #3 as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 64, Page 84; thence northwardly along the west property line of Town & Country Manor #3 a distance of 230.48' to the northwest corner of Lot 1 of Town & Country Manor #3, said line also being to east property line of Lot 1 of Vandiver Lane Subdivision as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 154, Page 71; thence westwardly 120' along the prolongation of the north property line of Lot 1 of Town & Country Manor #3; thence northwardly 420' to a point on the common property line between Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Vandiver Lane as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 154, Page 71; continuing northwardly and parallel to the east property line of Lot 2 of Vandiver Lane Subdivision for a distance of 423.88'; thence eastwardly along the western prolongation of the north line of Lot 9 of Town & Country Manor #3 for a distance of 120'; said point being the northwest corner of Lot 9 of Town & Country Manor #3; thence northwardly along the west line of Town & Country Manor #3 a distance of 216' to the northwest corner of Lot 11 of Town & Country Manor #3; continuing northwardly 13.52' to a point in the south property line of Lot 13 of Town & Country Manor #3 Addition a distance of 1337.53' to the 4 northwest corner of Lot 29 of Town & Country Manor #3 Addition; thence eastwardly along the north line of Town & Country Manor #3 Addition a distance of 672.62' to the northeast corner of Lot 28 of Town & Country Manor #3 Addition as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 71, Page 28; thence southwardly along the east property line of Town & Country Manor #3 Addition a distance of 2643.14' to a point in the north line of Clayton Road; said point being the southeast corner of Lot 2 of Town & Country Manor #3 as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 64, Page 85; thence westwardly along the north line of Clayton Road a distance of 457.62' to the point of beginning. AREA 2 Beginning at a point in the north line of Clayton Road, said point being the southwest corner of Lot 1 in Town & Country Manor as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 59, page 91; thence northwardly along the west property line of Town & Country Manor Subdivision, a distance of 1726.86' to a point, said point being the southwest corner of Lot 11 of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south property line of Lot 11 to the centerline of Town & Country Lane (50'W), a distance of 293'; thence northwardly along the prolongation of the centerline of Town & Country Lane to the intersection with the north line of Town & Country Manor Subdivision, a distance of 171.14'; thence eastwardly along the north line of Town & Country Manor a distance 5 of 293' to the northwest corner of Lot 39 of Town & Country Manor #2 as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 74, page 19, continuing eastwardly along the north property line of Town & Country Manor 2, a distance of 595.40' to a point, said point being the northeast corner of Lot 39 of Town & Country Manor #2; thence southwardly along the east property line of Town & Country Manor #2, a distance of 1134.04' to a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 46 of said Subdivision continuing southwardly along the east line of Town & Country Manor #1 as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 64, Page 43 to a point on the east line of Lot 27 of said subdivision a distance of 342.72', said point being the western prolongation of the south property line of Lot 24 of Twin Farms Road Plat 1 as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Book 168, Page 16 & 17; thence eastwardly along the said prolongation and along the south property lines of Lots 24, 25, 26 and 27 of said Twin Farms Road Plat #1 to the northwest corner of property conveyed to Karen F. Schwartz, by deed recorded in Book 7568, page 908 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said point being the northeast corner of property conveyed to Walter K. Morris and Bonnie L. Morris, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7451, page 1217 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence south along the east line of said Morris property to the southeast corner thereof, said southeast corner being in the north line of Clayton Road; thence westwardly along the north line of said Clayton Road to the point of 6 beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1984.
