AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 9 of Breuer Place, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of said easement, and
this District has no further use for said portion of said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The Eastern two (2) feet of a variable width easement recorded in
Book 7460 Page 2285 from a point twenty (20) feet south
of the North property line to a point ten (10) feet
North of the South property line of Lot 9 of Breuer
Place, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri and
recorded in Plat Book 43 Page 85 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1984.
