AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in an alley in
City Block 506 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the city of St. Louis, Missouri, by its
Ordinance 47994, vacated a portion of said alley, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis by said Ordinance
reserved the rights of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
in said alley, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate said easement and this District
has no further use for such easement, and
WHEREAS, the sewer has been rerouted by the owner
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement over the vacated East-West alley in City
Block 506 as described in Ordinance 47994 of
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1984.
