AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in Lot
45 and, easements in Lots 46 and 47 of Carondelet Gardens Plat No.
3, in City Block 6402, of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of an easement and
easements, and this District has no use or need for such portion
of easement and easements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of s
sewer easement and easements is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an easement Five (5) feet wide over the
westernmost Five (5) feet of Lot 45, 46 and
47 of Carondelet Gardens Plat No. 3, a
subdivision of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, in City Block 6402; according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27,
Page 68 of the City of St. Louis Records,
excepting therefrom the southernmost Five (5)
feet of Lot 45.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1984.
