AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to execute an instrument assigning all right,
title, and interest of the District in easements granted to the
District by Lawrence C. Suda, Jr. and Mary Alison Suda, John G.
Meader and Evelyn T. Meader, Owayne V. Knarr and Ruth M. Knarr,
James W. Allen and Dorothy P. Allen, James C. Boarman and Martha
J. Boarman, M. Dale Okert and Gladys J. Okert, and Charles Wheeler
and Carolyn Wheeler, as recorded respectively in Book 7602, Page
2066, Book 7602, Page 2068, Book 7602, Page 2070, Book 7602, Page
2072, Book 7602, Page 2074, Book 7602, Page 2076, and Book 7602,
Page 2078 of the St. Louis County Records, to the City of
Manchester, Missouri, in order that said City may construct
stormwater improvements upon the real property of said
individuals.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an instrument
assigning all right, title and interest of the District in
easements granted to the District by Lawrence C. Suda, Jr. and
Mary Alison Suda, John G. Meader and Evelyn T. Meader, Owayne V.
Knarr and Ruth M. Knarr, James W. Allen and Dorothy P. Allen,
James C. Boarman and Martha J. Boarman, M. Dale Okert and Gladys
J. Okert, and Charles Wheeler and Carolyn Wheeler, as recorded
respectively in Book 7602, Page 2066, Book 7602, Page 2068, Book
7602, Page 2070, Book 7602, Page 2072, Book 7602, Page 2074, Book
7602, Page 2076, and Book 7602, Page 2078 of the St. Louis County
Records, to the City of Manchester, Missouri, in order that said
City may construct stormwater improvements upon the real property
of said individuals.
Section Two. The instrument as authorized in Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1984.
