AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to lease to Harold Brown and Edith Brown, his
wife, certain real property of the District in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri for use as a residence, and to execute a Lease
Agreement upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary--
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to lease to Harold Brown and
Edith Brown, his wife, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
set out, for use as a residence, the real property of the District
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, known and numbered as 8509
Virginia Avenue.
Section Two. The lease shall be for a term of two (2)
years, commencing August 1, 1984 and terminating July 31, 1986, at
the rental of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month.
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Lease Agreement
giving effect to Sections One and Two hereof, and embodying such
other terms and conditions as approved by the Director of Legal
Services.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1984.
