AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Orr
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Briarstone Drive No. 11297 (S-2124, C-1101), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Orr Construction Company, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Briarstone Drive No. 11297 (S-2124, C-1101), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of July,
1984, and formally executed on the 7th day of August, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1984.
