AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to quit-claim certain real
property belonging to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to certain abutting owners
thereof, and to execute and deliver a Quit Claim Deed for said
real property.
WHEREAS, the District no longer requires said real
property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to quit-claim certain
real property belonging to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to certain abutting
owners thereof, said real property being described as follows: A parcel of land being part of Lots I, J, K, in Block 3998-D of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the northern line of Northrup Avenue 60 feet wide, with the eastern line of said Lot K; thence northwardly along the eastern line of Lot K to the point of beginning of the parcel herein described, being also the southern line of property described in Section 2 of the City of St. Louis, Ordinance 44486; thence continuing northwardly along the eastern line of said Lot K 100.00 feet to a point; thence westwardly parallel to the southern line of property described in said Ordinance to the western line of said Lot I; thence southwardly along the west line of Lot I to the south line of property described in said Ordinance; thence eastwardly along the southern line of property
described in said Ordinance to the eastern line of Lot K and being the point of beginning of the tract herein described.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver a Quit-Claim Deed, comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District, to certain abutting owners for the above
described real property.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1984. -2-
