AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contracts LM-15, and LM-22 with Goodwin
Brothers Construction Company, for the construction of the Vance
Road Pump Station and Kiefer Creek Pump Station and Force Main,
(Federal Project No. C-290875-05)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contracts LM-15, and LM-22
with Goodwin Brothers Construction Company, for the construction
of the Vance Road Pump Station and Kiefer Creek Pump Station and
Force Main. (Federal Project No. C-290875-05)
Section Two. The contracts authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Five
Million Eight Hundred Forty-one Thousand One Hundred Fifty-seven
Dollars ($5,841,157.00) and such other items and conditions as are
approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1984.
