AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Wedgwood Plats 6 & 11 (S-2069, C-1103),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Wedgwood Plats 6 & 11 (S-2069,
C-1103), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1984.
