AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Orr
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Wedgwood Plats 6 & 11 (S-2069, C-1103), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Orr Construction Company, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Wedgwood Plats 6 & 11 (S-2069, C-1103), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of August,
1984, and formally executed on the 14th day of August, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1984.
