AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction Company, Inc. for the removal and replacement of
concrete streets, driveways, sidewalks and curbing, in Maintenance
Paving Contract 1984-85 (S-1690, C-1105) at various locations
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction Company, Inc.,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the replacement of concrete
streets, driveways, sidewalks and curbing, in Maintenance Paving
Contract 1984-85 (S-1690, C-1105) at various locations within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 6th day of August, 1984, and formally executed
on the 14th day of August, 1984, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1984.
