AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
the construction of electric lines and appurtenances by Union
Electric Company, across certain District property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, Section 17, Fractional Section 8, and U. S.
Survey 1970, Township 44 North, Range 5 East; as described in
deeds recorded in Book 7518, Page 1141, Book 7525, Page 981, Book
7541, Page 2426, and Book 7542, Page 931 of the St. Louis County,
Missouri Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for the construction of electric lines and
appurtenances by Union Electric Company, across certain District
property in St. Louis County, Missouri, Section 17, Fractional
Section 8, and U. S. Survey 1970, Township 44 North, Range 5
East; as described in deeds recorded in Book 7518, Page 1141, Book
7525, Page 981, Book 7541, Page 2426, and Book 7542, Page 931 of
the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1984.
