AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-469 with Havens and
Emerson, Inc. for professional services required prior to and
during the construction of the Kiefer, Fishpot and Grand Glaize
Phase III treatment plant expansion and interceptor sewers (Part
of Federal Project No. C-290875, Lower Meramec River Basin).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-469
with Havens and Emerson, Inc. for professional services required
prior to and during the construction of the Kiefer, Fishpot and
Grand Glaize Phase III treatment plant expansion and interceptor
sewers (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875, Lower Meramec River
Basin).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1984.
