AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for emergency sewer repairs for the 8th Street
Sewer Collapse, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($350,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for emergency sewer repairs for the 8th
Street Sewer Collapse, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 19, 1984.
