AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
One Million Three Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Dollars
($1,363,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account of which
One Hundred Thirty-six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($136,300.00) is to be used to pay the District's ten percent
(10%) share; a grant of One Million Twenty-two Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,022,250.00) is anticipated from the
Environmental Protection Agency, and a grant of Two Hundred Four
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($204,450.00) is anticipated
from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for Contracts E-
333, Amendment 4 (Engineering Services during construction of
Caulks Creek Phase II), C-820 (Construction of two pumping
stations), C-821 (Construction of Force Main), C-822 and C-823
(Sanitary Interceptors Line A-4 and Line B), and C-924
(Construction of Castle Oaks Force Main), Federal Project C-
291148-04.
WHEREAS, the District anticipates a seventy-five per-
cent (75%) grant from the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of
said project, and
WHEREAS, a fifteen percent (15%) grant is anticipated
from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to pay fifteen
percent (15%) of the cost of said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:

Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-six
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($136,300.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to pay ten
percent (10%) of the cost for Contracts E-333, Amendment 4
(Engineering Services during construction of Caulks Creek Phase
II), C-820 (Construction of two pumping stations), C-821
(Construction of Force Main), C-822 and C-823 (Sanitary
Interceptors Line A-4 and Line B) and C-924 (Construction of
Castle Oaks Force Main), Federal Project C-291148-04.
Section Two. The anticipated grant from the
Environmental Protection Agency of the United States amounts to
One Million Twenty-two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($1,022,250.00), which will be deposited in the Fee Fee Connection
Fees Account, and is to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost
for Contracts E-333, Amendment 4 (Engineering Services during
construction of Caulks Creek Phase II), C-820 (Construction of two
pumping stations), C-821 (Construction of Force Main), C-822 and
C-823 (Sanitary Interceptors Line A-4 and Line B), and C-924
(Construction of Castle Oaks Force Main), Federal Project C-
291148-04; and said amount is hereby appropriated to be used to
make said payments when due and payable under the terms of the
contracts for said project.
Section Three. The anticipated grant from the Missouri
Department of Natural Resources amounts to Two Hundred Four
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($204,450.00), which will be

deposited in the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account, and is to pay
fifteen percent (15%) of the cost for Contracts E-333, Amendment 4
(Engineering Services during construction of Caulks Creek Phase
II), C-820 (Construction of two pumping stations), C-821
(Construction of Force Main), C-822 and C-823 (Sanitary
Interceptors Line A-4 and Line B) and C-924 (Construction of
Castle Oaks Force Main), Federal Project C-291148-04; and said
amount is hereby appropriated to be used to make said payments
when due and payable under the terms of the contracts for said
project.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take affect immediately upon its enactment.
