AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewer and channel improvements, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Parker No. 3135 (S-2374, C-1120), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewer and channel
improvements, together with repayment of the costs of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Parker No. 3135 (S-
2374, C-1120), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 17, 1984.
