AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Midwest
Piping Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewer and
channel improvements in Parker No. 3135 (S-2374, C-1120), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc. for the construction of
storm sewer and channel improvements in Parker No. 3135 (S-2374,
C-1120), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 17, 1984.
