AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-one Thousand One
Hundred Thirty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($21,137.50) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek for the District's share of the construction costs of the
Deer Creek-Litzinger Road Channel Improvement (Bridge #29), in the
City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Ladue, Missouri has undertaken
said project, and the District has agreed to contribute one-half
(1/2) of the costs thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-one Thousand One
Hundred Thirty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($21,137.50) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for the District's share of the
construction costs of the Deer Creek-Litzinger Road Channel
Improvement (Bridge #29), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 24, 1984.
