AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Summit Acres,
a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said easements, and this District
has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
The five foot easement along the North line of Lot 34; the
five foot easement along the South line of Lot 33; the
five foot easement along the East line of Lot 27; the
five foot easement along the East line of Lot 28; the
five foot easement along the West line of Lot 5; the
five foot easement along the West line of Lot 6; the
five foot easement along the East line of Lot 29 and
Highland Drive from the Northwest Corner of Lot 26
Northwardly to its terminus all as recorded on the plat
of Summit Acres recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 25 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 24, 1984.
