AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 229 (Leeton and West Phase II) C-1110,
in the Village of Riverview, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St. Louis,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 229 (Leeton and West Phase II) C-1110,
in the Village of Riverview, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
28th day of September, 1984, and formally executed on the 9th day
of October, 1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 24, 1984.
