AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($17,400.00) from the General Fund of the District
for the development of a computer based population and land use
data system to be used in the support of District planning and
programs.
WHEREAS, the District utilizes demographic data in the
development of planning, engineering, and financial programs.
obtaining this data from multiple sources, and
WHEREAS, uniformity and centralization of such data
would improve timeliness and accessibility by District staff
utilizing this information,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($17,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the development of a computer
based population and land use data system to be used in the
support of District planning and programs.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1984.
