AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metropolitan
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in
Sunswept Drive No. 15 (S-2264, C-1104), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metropolitan Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall
in Sunswept Drive No. 15 (S-2264, C-1104), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of August,
1984, and formally executed on the 16th day of October 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1984.
