AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Ladue Estates No. 25 (S-2188, C-1113), in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St. Louis,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Ladue Estates No. 25 (S-2188, C-1113), in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th day of
October, 1984, and formally executed on the 23rd day of October,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1984.
