AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Maline Creek Sewer and Channel Improvements (S-2173, C-
1063A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE ORDAINED THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company, as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Maline Creek Sewer and Channel Improvements (S-2173, C-
1063A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of September,
1984, and formally executed on the 13th day of November, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
