AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred One Thousand
Five Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($501,575.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Upper Maline Trunk Relief Sewer Phase I,
Section B (S-2139, C-1108), in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-one
Dollars ($250,771.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred One Thousand Five
Hundred Seventy-five Hundred Dollars ($501,575.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the costs of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Upper
Maline Trunk Relief Sewer Phase I, Section B (S-2139, C-1108), in
the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
