AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repairs Number 23-A (S-2176, C-1107) in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repairs Number 23-A (S-2176, C-1107), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of
October, 1984, and formally executed on the 13th day of November,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
