AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-one
Thousand Dollars ($161,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for the rehabilitation of combined sewers in Duncan
Street (S-2324, C-1111), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-one Thousand
Dollars ($161,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for the rehabilitation of combined sewers in
Duncan Street (S-2324, C-1111), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
