AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-470 with Black & Veatch
Consulting Engineers for engineering services for the final design
of the Spanish Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant Interceptor
Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-470 with
Black & Veatch Consulting Engineers for engineering services for
the final design of the Spanish Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant
Interceptor Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
