AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($16,900.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund
for engineering services for the final design of the Caulks Creek
- Line M Sewer Project, Contract E-474.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($16,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict
Planning Fund for engineering services for the final design of the
Caulks Creek - Line M Sewer Project, Contract E-474.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
