AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-474 with Sverdrup & Parcel and
Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
the Caulks Creek - Line M Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-474 with
Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. for engineering services
for the final design of the Caulks Creek - Line M Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
