AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Twenty-
seven and 23/100 Dollars ($18,027.23) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for the cost of materials for the Graham and Frost Storm Sewer
Project (S-1898, P-12070), in the City of Berkeley, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Berkeley, Missouri has undertaken
said project, and the District has agreed to contribute the cost
of materials therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Twenty-seven
and 23/100 Dollars ($18,027.23) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek for the cost of materials for the Graham and Frost
Storm Sewer Project (S-1898, P-12070), in the City of Berkeley,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
