AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a Project Advance Agreement
with the State Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources
Authority of Missouri, and The Boatmen's National Bank of St.
Louis as Trustee, whereby the District will be advanced funds
through said State Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources
Authority in anticipation of the receipt of construction grants
from the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the
Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Project
Advance Agreement with the State Environmental Improvement and
Energy Resources Authority of Missouri, and The Boatmen's National
Bank of St. Louis as Trustee, whereby the District will be
advanced funds through said State Environmental Improvement and
Energy Resources Authority in anticipation of the receipt of
construction grants from the United States Environmental
Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural
Resources.
Section Two. The Project Advance Agreement authorized
in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services
of the District.
