AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to dedicate a strip of land approximately
fifteen feet (15') wide of the District in St. Louis County,
Missouri in Part of Lot 16 of Meramec Pacific Railroad
Subdivision, U.S. Survey 2999, Alias 2004, to St. Louis County,
Missouri, for the widening of Vance Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to dedicate a strip of land
approximately fifteen feet (15') wide of the District in St. Louis
County, Missouri in Part of Lot 16 of Meramec Pacific Railroad
Subdivision, U.S. Survey 2999, Alias 2004, to St. Louis County,
Missouri for the widening of Vance Road.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
