AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract LM-19 with Bloomsdale-Mosley, a
joint venture, for the construction of the Fishpot Creek
Interceptor and Kiefer Trunk Sewer, (Federal Project No. C-290875-
05)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract LM-19 with
Bloomsdale-Mosley, a joint venture for the construction of the
Fishpot Creek Interceptor and Kiefer Trunk Sewer (Federal Project
No. C-290875-05)
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
