AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-477 with Kennedy
Associates/Architects, Inc. for professional services pertaining
to the District's storm and sanitary relief projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-477 with
Kennedy Associates/Architects, Inc. for professional services
pertaining to the District's storm and sanitary relief projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
