AN ORDINANCE, transferring Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Gravois Creek, Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance. and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek, and Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) from the
Fee Fee Connection Fees account to the General Fund of the
District, and appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00)
from the General Fund of the District for professional services
related to soils and foundation services for sanitary and storm
sewer projects, Contract E-443.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Connection Fees
Account to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for professional services related to soils and foundation
services for sanitary and storm sewer projects, Contract E-443.
Section Seven. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
