AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty-four and 59/100 Dollars ($60,334.59) from the
General Fund of the District to reimburse the City of Manchester,
Missouri for funds expended by said City for the Grand Glaize Main
Channel (Baxter Acres) stormwater project.
WHEREAS, the funds herein appropriated represent money
received by the District pursuant to the State of Missouri
Stormwater Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-four and 59/100 Dollars ($60,334.59) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District to reimburse the City of
Manchester, Missouri for funds expended by said City for the Grand
Glaize Main Channel (Baxter Acres) stormwater project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
