AN ORDINANCE, transferring Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Black Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and appropriating One
Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the emergency construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Louwen Drive No. 842 (S-2068, C-1130), in
the City of Ladue, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($160,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the emergency construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Louwen Drive No. 842 (S-2068, C-1130), in
the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
