AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the emergency construction of storm sewers in
Louwen Drive No. 842 (S-2068, C-1130), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the emergency construction of storm sewers
in Louwen Drive No. 842 (S-2068, C-1130), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of November,
1984, and formally executed on the 27th day of November, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1984.
