A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
VACATING PUBLIC UTILITY. EASEMENTS WITHIN. •
LOTS 4, 5, 6 and 11.OF TRACT NO. 11218
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City on
May 6, 1975, at a regular meeting of. the City Council duly con-
sidered the vacation of that certain easement for public utilities
dedicated to the public use by map of Tract No. 11218, in the City
of Temple City, County of Los Angeles, State of California, recorded
in Book 202, pages 47 and 48 of Maps in the Office of the Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby orders and determines: •
1. That the aforedescribed public utilities easement has
not been used for the purpose for which it was dedicated or
acquired for five consecutive years next preceding May.6, 1975,
and that the aforedescribed public utilities easement is un-
necessary for the present or prospective public use;
2. That the above vacation of easement is granted subject
to the consent of all the owners involved.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 6th day of May, 1975.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1975, by the
