(Continued Hearing) Sears' Point Condominium Association proposes to grade the top of a Coastal Bank
and nourish a Coastal Beach with the existing bank materim|, remove invasive vegetation, plant native
vegetation and create a management plan for vista pruning, on 177 Sear's Point Drive, Assessors' Map 4,
Parcel 1.
(Continued Hearing) John Towner, applicant for Ocean Edge ||, proposes to prune for a view, remove
invasive species and implement a vegetation management program. Work is to take place within 50 feet
