AN ORDINANCE, transferring and appropriating from their
respective unappropriated balances the sums of Twenty-seven
Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-two and 59/100 Dollars ($27,482.59)
from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund; Fifty-six Thousand
Four Hundred Twenty and 57/100 Dollars ($56,420.57) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek; Fifty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-nine and
49/100 Dollars ($52,839.49) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek; Sixteen Thousand
Fifty-one and 98/100 Dollars ($16,051.98) from the Operation
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No.
Seven of the River des Peres Watershed (Wellston Area); One
Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-four and 20/100
Dollars ($126,224.20) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account;
Thirty-three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy and 66/100 Dollars
($33,270.66) from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund; Ten Thousand Six
Hundred Fifty-nine and 96/100 Dollars ($10,659.96) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Sugar
Creek; One Hundred Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Ten and 98/100
Dollars ($119,110.98) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek; One Hundred Five
Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-two and 30/100 Dollars ($105,472.30)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Gravois Creek; Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety and 60/100
Dollars ($16,790.60) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres; Three Thousand One Hundred Ninety and 01/100
Dollars ($3,190.01) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek; Seven Hundred
Ninety-five and 36/100 Dollars ($795.36) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River
Bonfils; Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-eight and 88/100 Dollars
($5,288.88) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Seminary Branch of River des Peres; and
Twenty-four Thousand One Hundred Eighty-two and 16/100 Dollars
($24,182.16) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Black Creek, to the General Fund of the
District to repay such sums as were advanced as costs of
construction and repair activities by the General Fund during the
period January 1, 1984 to June 30, 1984.
WHEREAS, during the period January 1, 1984 to June 30,
1984 the costs of construction and repair activities were incurred
by the General Fund of the District on behalf of and in support of
the District's Maintenance Department, and
WHEREAS, said General Fund of the District has not
heretofore been reimbursed by the funds of the various
Subdistricts in which said construction and repair activities were
performed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There are hereby transferred and
appropriated out of the unappropriated balances of the several
funds of the District to the General Fund of the District the sums
as hereinafter detailed to repay such sums as were advanced as
costs of construction and repair activities by the General Fund
during the period January 1, 1984 to June 30, 1984. Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund $ 27,482.59 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek 56,420.57 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek 52,839.49 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. Seven of the River des Peres Watershed (Wellston Area) 16,051.98 Fee Fee Connection Fees Account 126,224.20 Sugar Creek Operating Fund 33,270.66 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Sugar Creek 10,659.96 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek 119,110.98 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek 105,472.30 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres 16,790.60 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek 3,190.01 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River-Bonfils

Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12. 1984.
